I’m upset that Tigerlily Taylor is marrying Adnan Abdelfattah (did she hide her red flags from him?)

I still can’t believe it Tigerlily Taylor decided to marry Adnan Abdelfattah on 90 Day Groom: Before 90 days only four months after he knew her. Tigerlily lives in Frisco, Texas. Tigerlily is a 41-year-old certified handwriting expert who also owns a few businesses. Tigerlily met Adnan on Instagram. She fell in love with him despite the fact that Adnan was 21 years old and from Amman. Tigerlily had never experienced true love before. Adnan made her feel special and wanted.

However, Tigerlily made an absurd decision to marry Adnan the day she meets him for the first time in Jordan. I keep asking myself why Adnan couldn’t come to America himself to meet her on a tourist visa and why Tigerlily had to fly to meet him. Tigerlily and Adnan had more than a few awkward silences between moments in the series. It seemed like they were shy around each other and there was hardly any chemistry between them. I was sure Tigerlily wasn’t going to follow through on her decision to marry him.

When Tigerlily was introduced as a cast member on 90 Day Fiancé: Before 90 Days, I even wondered if such a unique name was her real name or something she used on the show. Several fans contacted Tigerlily to ask her about it and she told them the truth. Tigerlily explained that she is half Japanese and that she is Austrian and Native American on her father’s side. He admitted that “life changing“the thing had happened This is what led to her changing her hair color so drastically, going from a natural brunette to platinum blonde.

She revealed that although she has legally changed her name to Tigerlily, she was born with a Japanese name. I came across an Instagram story she posted where Tigerlily shared a picture of herself as a baby. She had written that her name was Mariko and the person who gave her the name.poisoned, killed and stolen” from someone she deeply cared about. She didn’t reveal who she meant, but apparently a family member had hurt the Texas woman and left her in pain.

Tigerlily’s problems didn’t end when she grew up. He lived a life of privilege, but it came at a cost. I was shocked to hear her talk about how she got married at 31 to a man who made her feel like she was living in a golden birdcage. Tigerlily had gotten pregnant and married a man, but he was supposed to be in control he kept Tigerlily under constant surveillance. He showered her with the most expensive clothes, bags and shoes, but the lovely Tigerlily was not given friends. He made her hairdresser, life coach and friend.

Although Tigerlily finally found the courage to leave her husband after four long divorces, she unfortunately did not learn from her mistakes. Tigerlily fell in love with Adnan from Jordan without knowing much about him. He seems enamored with her looks and never discussed what life would be like to marry a Muslim man with him. I watched Adnan tell the cameras that Tigerlily couldn’t be friends with men after their marriage. She didn’t even like the fact that she had bought a male hairdresser with her, even though Tigerlily considered him a brother.

Adnan too decided what Tigerlily would wear. He made her spin as he closely examined her outfit before they left for the wedding ceremony. Adnan also talked about having five children with Tigerlily despite knowing she was 41 and already a mother of two. Also, I still wonder why Tigerlily chose not to discuss finances with Adnan. He considered it unnecessary because he believed that Adnan was a hard-working man who would not sit idle at home after arriving in the United States.

I think the most surprising thing about Tigerlily and Andan’s story is that they have managed to stay together despite Adnan’s behavior. The couple got married in September 2023 and Tigerlily has posted a video of their wedding ceremony on Instagram. Adnan is also in the US right now and they are their marriage lasted almost a year. It’s likely that Adnan went through the transformation himself and decided not to force Tigerlily to follow his strict rules in America. If Adnan really changed after marriage, that probably makes Tigerlily’s decision to marry him a wise one.
