That’s right, Barbra is back for some show-stopping entertainment – and this time she’s bringing along a friend, the iconic Liza, on an exciting new show titled “Barbra & Liza Live.”

Starring Steven Brinberg as Barbra Streisand and Rick Skye as Liza Minnelli, the double act is not to be missed, with the show coming to venues in London, Blackburn, Liverpool, Nottingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The audience will also be dazzled by compositions from legends such as Charles Aznavour, Maltby & Shire, Stephen Sondheim, Kander & Ebb, Harold Arlen and Frankel & Korie, with the amazing Nathan Martin at the piano.

Spotlight on Steven Brinberg

Steven Brinberg, popular for his portrayal of Barbra Streisand in “Simply Barbra,” has brought this beloved character to life with annual updates as he tours across the United States.

His impressive career includes appearances with symphony orchestras in cities such as Dallas, Milwaukee, Buffalo and Norfolk, often at the invitation of the late Marvin Hamlisch.

He has many accolades under his belt, including performances at Carnegie Hall with Uptown Express and on Broadway in a concert version of “Funny Girl” with Whoopi Goldberg.

Internationally, “Simply Barbra” has captivated audiences in Australia, Asia and for three seasons at the Edinburgh Festival.

Brinberg has even graced London’s West End stages at the Arts and Playhouse Theatres, and is also a two-time MAC and Bistro award winner.

Rick Skye’s superstar talent

Rick Skye is known for his comedy revues and impersonations.

His notable works include ‘The Flip Side of Neil Sedaka’, ‘MaCabaret – A Tabloid Fable’, ‘The War of the Mama Roses’ and ‘It’s Madame with an E’, featuring Madame from ‘Wayland Flowers and Madame’.

Skye’s performance in Barbra and Liza Live has been shown at prestigious venues such as Leicester Theater and Dublin Theater Festival.

His portrayal in “Judy and Liza Together Again” earned him a MAC Award for “Best Duo” after a seven-year run in New York City. Skye’s international hit ‘A Slice O’ Minnelli’ also received praise at the Edinburgh Festival, the Apollo Theater in London’s West End and the Dublin Theater Festival, where he was honored with ‘Best Achievement in Performance’.

His other notable performances include ‘Liza Live!’, for which he received the MAC Award for Best Impersonation, and ‘Bazazz! – A sequin variant.

Pianist extraordinaire Nathan Martin

Nathan Martin has an extensive career in concert and cabaret performances worldwide.

A regular at London’s Pizza On The Park, Martin has headlined five solo seasons there, including his tribute to Fred Astaire titled ‘Facing The Music’.

As a musical director, Martin’s credits include productions such as “Closer Than Ever” directed by Richard Maltby Jr., “Dorothy Fields Forever,” “Unite For The Future,” Helen Lederer’s “One Night Stand” national tour, “Elegies,” ‘Assassin’ and ‘Starting Here, Starting Now’.

Martin’s discography includes albums such as Donna McKechnie’s “Same Place: Another Time”, Simply Barbra’s original London recording, Lindsay Hamilton’s “It’s Me!”, James Gillan’s debut album, Linzi Hateley’s “True Colours”, and many more.
