Indie band London Grammar have announced a date at The O2 as part of their upcoming UK arena tour. The trio will play the Greenwich venue on Monday 14 November, with previous gigs also planned for Glasgow’s OVO Hydro and Manchester’s AO Arena.

They will perform songs from their new album The Greatest Love, which will be released via Ministry of Sound on September 13. This is their fourth release and their first since the chart-topping Californian Soil in 2021. Best known for synthpop hits such as such as Wasting My Young Years and Hey Now, their song Strong was awarded an Ivor Novello Award in 2014.

The tour announcement comes days after London Grammar wowed the crowd with their captivating set at Glastonbury, where they headlined with American singer SZA. The band will also take the main stage at Latitude Festival later this month.

The November date will be a homecoming gig for the band as frontwoman Hannah Reid and guitarist Dan Rothman both hail from the capital. They started making music together after meeting in their first year at Nottingham University in 2009, with drummer Dominic Major joining a year later.

Advance tickets for The Greatest Love Arena Tour are available via Ticketmaster from 10am on Wednesday 10 July for fans who have pre-ordered the album. General sales begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 12, and prices are still unknown.
