Drop brings characters of all ages to the fore as fans learn how old Lucy, Maximus, the Ghoul and other main characters are.
Based on Drop The video game series that started in 1997, the streaming series brings A-list stars to the screen on Amazon Prime Video, giving fans a new look at this beloved world.
Shows the aftermath of the Great War of 2077 over 200 years later, Drop takes place in a post-apocalyptic version of Los Angeles.
How old are the main characters in Fallout?
Amazon Prime Videos Drop takes place 219 years after the Great War of 2077, and its story takes place in 2296.
Although there are many normal people in this universe, nuclear weapons, radioactivity, and other scientific experiments affect some of the population, leaving questions about their age.
However, there is a list of all the main characters ahead Drop in the series, the real ages of the actors and the ages of the characters they play:
Lucy MacLean
Ella Purnell takes the spotlight as Lucy MacLean, who lives in Vault 33, located below Los Angeles, California.
Lucy is believed to be around 6-10 years old when Shady Sands is destroyed, which seems to drop the timeline a few years Fallout: New Vegas (between 2281 and 2284).
Although Lucy’s official age Drop series has not been confirmed, he is likely in his late teens or early 20s.
This would be fittingly in line with Lucy star Ella Purnell, who is 27 years old.
Maximus
Aaron Moten has an important supporting role Drop Like Maximus, a member of the Brotherhood of Steel who joins the group after tragedy strikes him at a young age.
Maximus was close to Lucy’s age when Shady Sands was destroyed, probably only a few years older than her.
Based on this information, she appears to be in her late teens or early 20s during the events of the series, although her official age has not been confirmed.
This is further demonstrated by Maximus’ rank as an Aspirant (the lowest level members of the Brotherhood). The other Aspirants seem to be almost the same age as him.
In real life, Aaron Moten celebrated his 35th birthday in February 2024, making him slightly older than the character he portrays.
Cooper Howard/The Ghoul
Walton Goggins is one of them Dropthe other main characters of The Ghoul, formerly known as the famous movie star Cooper Howard.
Howard is confirmed to have walked the earth long before the bombs dropped, and due to countless experiments and the planet’s radiation, he has a longer lifespan than anyone else in Season 1.
Goggins (per Collider) revealed in December 2023 that his character is a bounty hunter who had been “wandering the world for 200 years.”
Heavy makeup and prosthetics give Goggins his older look for the character, as the actor is 52 years old in real life.
Assuming that Howard was around the same age before the bomb was dropped, and considering that the series takes place 219 years after the Great War of 2077, the Ghoul’s age limit is roughly 269 years.
Norm MacLean
Moisés Arias gives Lucy a family dynamic as he plays Lucy’s younger brother, Norm MacLean.
Norm’s age is a bit easier to narrow down, as he is only a few years younger than his sister, seen through the show’s flashbacks and current timeline moments.
As with Lucy, Norm’s age is never officially revealed, but fans agree that he is somewhere in his teens or early 20s, and a few years younger than Lucy.
Here it is interesting to note that Moisés Arias is older than Ella Purnell in real life as she just celebrated her 30th birthday on April 18th.
Hank MacLean
Agents of SHIELD and Twin Peaks star Kyle MacLachlan takes on the challenge of playing MacLean family patriarch Hank, who is also Vault 33’s warden.
Later revealed to be the antagonist Drop Season 1, Hank is selected to be cryogenically frozen in Vault 31 due to having so-called superior genetics.
Like The Ghoul, Hank was alive before the Great War, which began when he was around 30 years old (as shown in the flashback where he meets Cooper). He has also lived and worked in the real world for a total of about 60 years.
Although he appears to be in his late 50s to early 60s based on appearance alone (matching actor Kyle MacLachlan’s real-life age of 65), his body – which had been frozen for nearly 200 years – has actually been around for 250 years.
Thaddeus
Johnny Pemberton’s Thaddeus is seen Drop As Maximus’ rival, who becomes a major bully for the new Brotherhood of Steel initiative.
Thaddeus is almost the same age as Maximus when fans first see him, although he eventually becomes a Ghoul at the end of Season 1.
Although his age is never specifically stated Drop Season 1, he is assumed to be in his late teens or early 20s, given his work with Maximus in the Brotherhood.
Pemberton has often played youthful characters like this (see his role as a Baskin Robbins customer in the film Ant-Man), although he is 42 years old in real life.
Pemberton also starred 21 jump street, 22 Jump Streetand Ant-Man.
Lee Moldaver
Fallout antagonist Lee Moldaver is in the spotlight throughout Season 1 played by Sarita Choudhury, though her age is a major part of her journey.
At first as a robber who attacks the vault dwellers in Vault 32, fans later learn that she is Miss Williams, who has been around since before the Great War. He even met Cooper Howard before he was turned into a Ghoul, which happened during an anti-Vault Tec meeting.
This fact makes Lee Moldaver well over 200 years old, although it remains unclear how exactly he survived that long.
Not surprisingly, at just 57, Sarita Choudhury is much younger than her character.
