Mahesh’s extensive hospitality career includes prestigious roles such as Executive Chef at Novotel, Cardiff, Executive Chef at Taj Coromandel and Operations Manager at Park Inn by Radisson, Cardiff. He has also served as General Manager at a number of high profile properties including the Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton in Bristol and the Ibis Styles Manchester Portland Hotel. As the new General Manager of Hotel Indigo Exeter, Mahesh will focus on improving the hotel’s offering and strengthening its reputation as a key driver of Exeter’s thriving hospitality industry. His leadership will play a crucial role in guiding the hotel’s ambitious growth plans over the next three years.
