Textile designer Sarah Campbell has had a long and illustrious career and her new designs for Anthropologie are full of summer joy. Best known as half of design partnership Collier Campbell, which she founded with her sister Susan Collier, her love of pattern and colour has created a body of work that includes personal pieces as well as commissions for Liberty and collaborations with countless museums as well as fashion brands and stationers. Now a new collection for Anthropologie is a celebration of summer florals.
Campbell’s love of pattern and colour is apparent in all her work and her style is playful, fresh and joyous. Her new designs for Anthropologie span everything for the summer garden, ranging from badminton and croquet sets to bunting, picnic blankets, dishtowels and aprons as well as a full selection of melamine plates, cups and even napkin rings. There are candles, chopping boards and journals, notebooks, cushions and a juicer. Everything is adorned with a riotous summer floral print and set to kick off the season in style.
