Hempstead House Hotel & Spa Sittingbourne, Kent, is listed for sale at Christie & Co, a business advisor, with a demand price of £ 6 million.
Freehold sales mark the conclusion of more than 30 years of ownership of the Holdstock family, which acquired the property in 1990.
The four -star hotel has 34 bedrooms independently, a suite, a restaurant and a bar, spa facilities and conference facilities for up to 200 representatives. It is located along the A2 road, which connects London to Dover.
