Hampton Court Palace Festival has announced the headliners taking part in its 31st year

Hampton Court Palace Festival has announced a string of headline acts set to perform at its summer programme as the event enters its 31st year. New wave icons The Stranglers will take to the stage on Tuesday, June 16, while alternative rock legends Elvis Costello & The Imposters with Charlie Sexton will appear on Thursday, June 18.

On Saturday, June 20, ’80s Classical’ will bring together some of the decade’s most memorable pop artists’ voices – including Kim Wilde, Go West, Nik Kershaw and Roland Gift – performing their hits backed by the world-renowned Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.

Tickets for The Stranglers and 80s Classical will go on general sale today (Friday, February 27). Meanwhile, Tickets for Elvis Costello & The Imposters with Charlie Sexton will go on pre-sale from Tuesday, March 3, with general sale from Wednesday, March 4. All tickets will be available at hamptoncourtpalacefestival.com.

Pop icon Sophie Ellis-Bextor, singer songwriter David Gray, synth-pop pioneers OMD, funk legends Nile Roders & CHIC, and DJ Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics will also take to the stage during the 2026 programme.

Throughout the festival, the Tudor palace will open its gates after hours to allow audiences to enjoy the East Front Gardens before the nightly concerts begin in the historic Base Court. Festival-goers can also pre-order a luxury picnic hamper to be shared ahead of the performance.

Having lasted for over three decades, Hampton Court Palace Festival has established itself as part of London’s summer events calendar, showcasing a series of phenomenal performances in a truly one-of-a-kind location.

With capacity capped at just 3,000, the festival offers a chance to see legendary artists in an intimate setting.
