An All-Encompassing Peaky Blinders Experience Is Hitting London

By order of the Peaky Blinders, I am obliged to inform you of the latest immersive experience to hit London. As you might have already guessed, it centres around Tommy Shelby’s gang, hitting the capital on June 24. The show may have aired its final episode earlier this year, but this journey is just getting started.

Peaky Blinders: The Rise takes place at The Vanguard Theatre in Camden Garrison, near to Solomon’s Yard which fanatics may recall is the home of Alfie Solomons (Tom Hardy). This handily sets the tone for the premise of the experience, set in the season two sphere of 1920s London.

The event promises to whisk guests away with a 360-degree theatre show set in the world of the stars of the show. There will be drinks, there will be dancing, and there will be scheming with the Peaky Blinders.

Live actors (including Tommy Shelby played by Craig Hamilton) will take you through the show’s iconic settings, such as the betting shop in Small Health. You’ll take part in an important meeting at the warehouse of the Shelbys in Camden and, as you’ll often see in Peaky Blinders, kick back with a drink in the pub. But don’t get too comfortable, as you know some kind of trouble can always be around the corner.

Tom Maller, of Doctor Who fame and the show’s creative director and director, said: “Our audience are integral to what we’re creating, our audience will play a key part of our show. They will have agency.”

“In this show we’re going to push the limits with anything that we’ve done before, in any immersive show. We’re going to create multiple outcomes, multiple finales to the show.

“So the audience’s actions and their choices over two and a half hours have a direct effect on the ending of the show.”

Peaky Blinders: The Rise commences on June 24, and you can get your tickets here.
