Scottish rock band Franz Ferdinand have just announced that they will be embarking on a UK and European tour in 2025. This will promote the band’s upcoming new album The Human Fear, which will be released on January 10th.

Starting on February 14th, the band will tour across Europe, including Lisbon, Madrid, Berlin and more. London is the only city on the tour list lucky enough to get two shows from the band.

The band have announced the dates for their two London shows. Both will be held at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire in west London, which has a capacity of 2,000 people or 1,098 fully seated.

They will perform there on consecutive nights – Wednesday 5th March and Thursday 6th March 2025. Tickets for the London shows can be purchased online from the Ticketmaster website or Seetickets.

Franz Ferdinand is one of the most popular post-punk revival bands, with several UK Top 20 hits. Their first single ‘Darts of Pleasure’ was released in 2003.

Their second single ‘Take Me Out’ became their biggest commercial breakthrough. This peaked at number three and became one of the band’s most famous songs.
