Frankie & Benny’s has announced its new menu and fresh new look. The new menu includes brunch with loaded bagels and buttermilk pancakes with toppings as well as stuffed calzones, classic meatballs, sourdough pizza, burgers and bowls of pasta.
There are also Baked Pretzels and Hot Cookie Dough.
The big NYC breakfast includes smoked streaky bacon, sunny side up eggs, a tasty sausage patty, potato wedges and buttermilk pancakes with a side of maple syrup.
The new focus will be on making the food generous with big, bold flavors.
Frankie & Benny’s managing director Debbie Husband said: “From our customer-focused research it was very clear very quickly that we had a strong business, a solid platform to build on. Over the last year we have stabilized the business and got the engine ticking well, now it’s about raising awareness and connecting with customers so we can drive growth and move forward.”
Debbie added: “We have shown commitment to the brand and quickly. It was only acquired less than twelve months ago and in that time we have turned the business metrics around, developed a brand new menu and proposition with staff training and engagement ready to go .The next phase will be key to creating more brand love and more customers choosing Frankie & Benny’s.”
There is also a focus on employees with a more up-to-date uniform, all new crockery with branded plates, updated imagery and a more contemporary approach to light and music.
