Foodies Bistro and Wine Bar will be the latest addition to Fore Bondgate in Bishop Auckland when it opens – bringing a range of food and drinks from across the world.
Already, it has launched its menus, which include pizzas, sharing boards, snacks, and lunches, and has also teased that a Sunday dinner menu is coming soon.

The new restaurant has said that it will be opening seven days a week, and open Monday to Thursday 11am-11pm, Friday- Saturday 11am-12am, and Sunday 11-10pm.
While it hasn’t selected an opening date yet, the announcement has got plenty of people talking, with people saying that the restaurant is “just what Bishop Auckland needs.”
Posting online, the new venue said: “Hello Bishop Auckland – we are excited to announce a new restaurant & wine bar is coming to town.
“Located on Bondgate, we will be doing the best from around the world.
“We have been working hard on this for a while and we are very excited to show you guys.”
Foodies Bistro and Wine Bar have started to convert the unit in Fore Bondgate, which has seen the signage go up, which has ‘The Foodies’ on, while new décor is also in the works.

Despite not even opening yet, Foodies Bistro and Wine Bar has already proved that it will be family-focused and charity-focused, which will see it do a charity evening once a month.
