    The Ivy Asia, Mayfair is Now Open For Bookings

    Ahead of the restaurant’s opening on May 31, The Ivy Asia, Mayfair is now taking bookings…

    The destination restaurant will be open seven days a week, offering something for all occasions, from working lunches, intimate dinners and weekend brunches with friends.

    The Ivy Asia, Mayfair brings with it the theatrical drinks, cocktails and decadent nights the venue is known for.

    On arrival, diners will be met by a striking gold bar and signature, luminous green agate flooring. Featuring luxurious Asian fabrics, colourful wallpapers, Paul Clifford glass and a collection of antiques, The Ivy Asia, Mayfair will also house twelve beautiful cherry blossom trees, placed throughout the restaurant.

    Exclusive features will include an open kitchen, sushi counter and bifold doors that open onto five alfresco tables.

    The bar and main restaurant space will also be connected via a cherry blossom walkway, incorporating six interconnecting trees for guests to walk beneath.

    With a focus on Japan, the menu will incorporate much-loved favourites from sister restaurants The Ivy Asia, St Paul’s and The Ivy Asia, Chelsea as well as exclusive dishes especially created for the Mayfair restaurant including snow crab and tiger prawn salad with mango, cucumber and yuzu kosho, spiced peanut chicken with coconut spring onion lime, and the show-stopping bonsai for two people featuring mixed yasi roll, pickled radish, crispy nori and dragon rolls.

    Accompanying the menu will be a delicious selection of sakes, wines, and Champagnes for all occasions, as well as a cocktail menu featuring ten unique creations exclusive to the Mayfair restaurant.

    Concoctions include the Phoenix, featuring a fire and smoke blend of tequila, Yuzushu Sake, peach liqueur, ginger and Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda, the Spirit of Butterfly, incorporating a delicious serving of KiNoBi Dry Kyoto Gin, Italicus Bergamot Liqueur, aloe vera, elderflower, lemon, butterfly pea tea & Fever-Tree Grape & Apricot Soda, and the Fujian Tea Party, a negroni style aperitif made with the smoky Song Cha Distilled Lapsang Souchong Spirit, Sweet Vermouth, Akashi-Tai Umeshu Plum Sake and Aperol.

    The Ivy Asia, Mayfair opens on Tuesday, May 31, and is now tasking bookings.
