Emilia’s will open a new venue near Victoria Station, the Houses of Parliament, and St James’s Park in summer 2025, offering its classic pasta dishes made fresh daily with 100 per cent natural ingredients.
The Victoria branch will be Emilia’s fifth location in London, joining others in St Katharine Docks, Aldgate, Canary Wharf, and Baker Street.

The design of the new eatery, inspired by early 20th-century Italian station cafes and bistros, aims to reflect the bustling energy of the area.

The Victoria menu will feature Emilia’s signature pasta dishes, including its Casarecce Truffled Cacio e Pepe, and the four-hour slow-cooked Pappardelle Béchamel Bolognese.
There will also be options for vegans and vegetarians.
The opening of the Victoria branch follows the launch of Emilia’s pasta retail products, which hit the shelves in late 2024.

A spokesperson for the restaurant said: “The new location will offer all of Emilia’s signature pasta dishes, freshly made every morning at each of their restaurants, with 100 per cent natural ingredients.
“Emilia’s Victoria, will seat 100 diners in total: 70 inside across two floors and 30 in a charming al fresco setting.
“Stepping into the new restaurant, guests will experience an intimate yet lively ambiance, reflecting the vibrant energy of the surrounding area.
“The design takes inspiration from early 20th-century Italian station cafes and bistros, paying homage to its close vicinity to one of London’s busiest stations.”
The restaurant is set to open in summer 2025, with a specific date to be announced closer to the time.
