Shortly after her victory at the Golden Globes, Elizabeth Debicki steps onto the red carpet of the (postponed) Emmy Awards 2023. The actress owes her nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series to her sensational portrayal of Princess Diana in the Netflix series The Crown.

Elizabeth’s role as Diana was also recognized at the Golden Globes last week. She won the Golden Globe for Best Performance by a Female Actress in a Supporting Role on Television. The Golden Globes focused on her performance during season six, but at the Emmy Awards the actress was nominated for her role in season five of The Crown. Although she didn’t win the award at the Emmys, in our opinion she wins in terms of style.
For the special occasion, Elizabeth steps out in a sensual, deep red, velvet dress. The custom Dior design features a boat neck and a stunning draped open back. The dress flows smoothly along her body and reaches the floor. At first glance the dress appears black in color, but through a play with light it quickly becomes apparent that the dress has a sensual, deep red color. In combination with the velvet material, this dress radiates pure elegance.
