Known for its innovative dining experience and ever-changing tasting menus, Six by Nico has announced its next destination menu, which promises to be a real feast for diners across the country.
This time, Six by Nico invites adventurous foodies to travel the spicy streets of Istanbul and dive into rich, aromatic dishes inspired by the Turkish city’s iconic bazaars.
The Istanbul experience is organized from September 23 to October 13. This menu encourages diners to embark on a culinary journey where ancient traditions meet bold, modern flavors.

The menu includes the following:
Course one – Mikla’s memories
Cucumber & Grilled Salad Gaspacho, Lemon Verbena & Lor Cheese
Second course – Chef Ahmet’s Pida
Grilled Chicken Shish Pida, Sesame Flat Bread, Rose Harissa & Sumac
Third Course – Kibe
Roasted Bulgarian & Aged Beef, Smoked Black Garlic Ketchup & Cep mushroom
Fourth course – Fishing on the Galata Bridge
Sea bass, white beans, fennel jam, preserved lemon, smoked almond mousse
Fifth Course – Adana Lamb Kebap
Cumin Belly Pressé, Ancient Grains Pilaf & Sweet Roasted Tomato
For £7, foodies can add Golden Peynir, Crispy Filo, Lor cheese,
Acili Same Chutney for his fifth course.
Course six – spiced date cake
Candy Walnut, Caramelized Pear & amp; Sour yogurt sorbet
For £50, guests can enjoy a taste of Istanbul with matching wine pairings from £38.
This tasting menu is a culinary journey into the heart of Istanbul, deeply inspired by Turkey’s rich and varied food traditions. It masterfully combines authentic Turkish flavors with modern techniques, paying homage to classic dishes and bringing out modern twists. Each dish reflects Istanbul’s vibrant and diverse culinary heritage, from the refreshing aromas of gazpacho to the hearty essence of lamb kebab.
This menu captures the essence of Turkish cuisine – bold, aromatic and deeply rooted in regional traditions – and presents it in a way that is both innovative and sophisticated. Six by Nico meets all dietary requirements and offers a full vegetarian menu for each new menu concept. In addition, customers can change dishes from the meat menu to a vegetarian option if they wish.
