Dyson’s newest Supersonic Nural hairdryer has wowed hairstylists and beauty enthusiasts alike with its game-changing technology that will adjust heat to protect the scalp and give hair a natural shine. The model has certainly caught the attention of customers but it is not the only new launch from the popular hair care brand.

As all eyes turn to its revolutionary Nural dryer, the brand has launched a surprise sale on its now-replaced Supersonic Origin – the tool that arguably launched the AirWrap feat and cordless Corrale Straighteners. Launching at a much cheaper price of £279.99, that’s £50 less than usual.

Those who don’t mind getting their hands on Dyson’s latest and ‘most intelligent’ hairdryer can get a rare £50 discount on the Black or Nickle Origin model. One that users have long hailed as “game changing”.

There are more than 26,000 reviews of the older Supersonic Origin, and of all, 12,363 users have given the model a full five stars. Including one user who says they’re glad they finally “took the plunge.”

They said: “I’m so glad I bought one of these. I have short hair and it styles it perfectly. It feels different than using the usual type of hair dryer, at first you have to get used to the way the air flows.”

Another person said it was worth “every penny” mentioning how light and easy it was to use the accessories: “The weight of the hair dryer is impressive. The accessories attach like a magnet without pushing or twisting to attach them and I can move the nozzle to whatever angle I need.”

There are also accessory upgrades as unlike the single styling concentrator part in the Supersonic Origin box, this fancier dryer comes with five different hair styling tools…features that may make many pay Dyson’s £399 price tag for the Supersonic Nural Hairdryer.

There’s a flying attachment, the standard styling concentrator, a wide-tooth comb, a gentle air attachment for a more natural look, and a diffuser. This is where the hidden technology in the newer styler really stands out as it will instinctively adjust settings – all thanks to its ‘Hall sensor’, which will kick-start its scalp protection mode if needed.

You can upgrade your styler and buy the new Dyson Supersonic Nural Hairdryer here or opt for the discounted Origin Hairdryer, here. While we understand the Dyson may not be in everyone’s price range, we suggest you take a look at the Revolution Hot Brush, GHD’s £150 hairdryer (still salon worthy but budget friendly) or one from Shark.
