Drama between Austin Victoria, Tyler Stanaland and Sean Palmier explained

OC for sale season 3 was the most explosive season ever, featuring a tangle of drama between O-Team agents Sean Palmier, Austin Victoria, and Tyler Stanaland that needs to be unraveled. The trio has been involved in all three seasons OC for salewhich premieres in August 2022. The hit real estate show is a spinoff Sunset for salewhich has seven seasons streaming on Netflix. OC for sale follows The Oppenheim Group Realtors under CEO Jason and Brett Oppenheim.

The O Group agents only deal with luxury properties and a high-end clientele with money to spend. The show follows agents as they try to make real estate deals in California’s ever-changing market and all the interpersonal and office drama that comes with brokerage. Season 3 saw Jason and Brett open their newest office in San Diego, and last year they opened an office in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The stakes are high and the drama even higher OC for saleand there is a lot of pressure on all actors.

Austin, Tyler and Sean all used to be friends

Tyler is a fifth generation real estate agent and has held his real estate license since he was 18 years old. Austin, a former model, got his real estate license in 2017 and moved him, his wife and their twin daughters from LA to Orange County to look for real estate. Sean, who is from South Florida, has only had his driver’s license for two years.

Tyler, Austin and Sean were all close friends in and out of the office, along with Alex Hall and Polly Brindle. Sean trained with Austin and did a lot of activities with Tyler. However, things seem to have fallen hard with the trio in Season 3, and it looks like it nasty rumors and accusations are at the center of it.

Tensions seemed to be simmering between Sean, Tyler and Austin early on OC for sale season 3. Sean made a “joke” that Tyler was only successful because of his father’s connection to the “bondfire” group, and it spoke to the resentment that existed between the two, and Austin was on Tyler’s back. Sean then sat down with Kayla Cardona and Ali Harper and aired his feud with Austin.

“Austin and I were cold. I think he and his wife are sometimes too flirtatious for my taste.”

When pressed further, Sean said that he went to Austin’s place for dinner and Austin’s wife Lisa Victoria fed him weed crackers and that the couple came over to him.

These accusations came to Austin, and he and his wife denounced the claims as untrue and ridiculous.

The rumors angered Austin and he confronted Sean at The O Group office and things got heated (via Netflix.) Austin ended up pushing Sean, and Sean implied that he was the one who told people that Austin and his wife came to him. Austin called Sean a liar and called him out “psychotic”.Austin ended up getting reprimanded by Jason for pushing Sean.

Aside from the underlying issues surrounding Sean bringing Tyler’s privilege into the fire, there were apparently deeper disputes. In the finale of the year OC for sale season 3, Sean talked to Alexandra Jarvis and Ali Harper and claimed that Tyler had a crush on him and that Tyler was salty because Sean didn’t approve of his flirting. Sean showed text messages he had from Tyler to confirm the flirtation.

“It’s like I’m ignoring these people and they’re just talking shit about me when all I did was cut them out of my life,” Sean reasoned.

Sean claimed that he and Tyler would talk for three hours, tan, go to the beach and shop together, and that Tyler would give him gifts and cook him dinner. When Sean faced Tyler at the horse race, Tyler was having none of it and called Sean delusional and a hit-and-miss. Tyler walked away from the confrontation and he and Alex Hall commented that Sean wouldn’t last long in the O group.

in the games, Sean seemed to have been caught in a lie or an inconsistency, which caused Kayla to question Sean’s credibility in his allegations against Tyler and Austin. Sean initially told the girls at the office that Austin’s wife made him cookies, but at the horse races, Sean denied this fact. Sean attacked Austin and Tyler for allegedly hitting on him and being angry when he told them off.

Sean, who never sold real estate with O Group, has since left the office (through US Weekly.) Tyler and Austin seem to still be friends throughout the drama, but Tyler has also left Team O to work with his father. Austin argued US Weekly that Sean had previously complained about the lack of camera time OC for salesuggesting that pot-stirring may have had motivation behind it.
