The Dorchester collection has appointed Philippe Leboeuf’s new CEO and his appointment will enter into force in June 2025.
The award -winning and experienced hotel reporter Philippe brings extensive expertise in luxurious hospitality on several continents. His strategic views, leadership and deep understanding of operations and organizational culture, as well as with proven experiences in new gaps, further strengthens the position of the Dorchester collection as a leader in luxury hospitality.
Philippe has served as CEO of Taitinger Concorde Hotels, where he controlled 19 owned and 70 bonding therapies. He has also served as director of the world’s leading hotels and has organized several older management positions, including the Regional Executive Vice President of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Rosewood Operating CEO and CEO of Claridge’s. Most recently, as CEO of Raffles London, he successfully monitored the opening of the hotel.

Philippe, completed by Cornell University of Paris and HEC, is fluent in four languages: English, France, Italy and Spain. He also honored him with the Knights of the Legion of honor.
