A 24-year-old female driver of an SUV had been pulled over by police after going 94 mph in a 70 mph zone on Interstate 35 in March 2023, a few months before Sam and Citra’s wedding in September 2023. The female driver agreed to answer questions and admitted to purchasing the marijuana found in the vehicle. The woman was arrested and charged for possession of marijuana, driving without insurance, driving while suspended and speeding.

It has been revealed the woman who was with Sam is a podcast host. His LinkedIn profile reveals that he works as a business trainer for a marketing services company. According to the report, no connection was found between Sami and the woman on their social media pages. These details do not give the impression that Sam and the woman are colleagues on a business trip. Sam has lied to Citra in the past about his carjacking and would likely have chosen not to share some details of his arrest to save her 90 day fiance relationship.
