After years of watching real estate reality shows, you think we’d be used to stunning million dollar homes, but no we’re still obsessed. And the latest property to grab our attention is the $45million penthouse Eleonora Srugo is working to sell in Netflix’s new series Selling The City.

Eleonora heads up a team of real estate agents at Douglas Elliman in New York and in episode four of the new series we see her tour a $45million penthouse which she is working on selling with team member Giselle. We later see her tour Steve and his clients around the property.

The property is straight up gorgeous. It’s set across two floors, has five bedrooms and so many beautiful furniture pieces.

However, by the end of the series, we don’t get an update as to the status of the sale. So did Eleonora and Giselle sell the penthouse? Here’s what we know.

Did Eleonora sell the $45million listing?

As of yet no, Eleonora and Giselle have not sold the penthouse. The property is still listed on Douglas Elliman and has now come down in price to $32million (yeah ok it’s still not in our budget).

The price coming down also means Eleonora’s commission will drop too. When the property was originally listed, it looked like Eleonora could make $1.35million in commission, but this is now going to go down.

One of the house’s main selling points is it’s location, which allows the new owner access to a key to the private park Gramercy Park (one of only two private parks in the city).

With such an impressive listing on their hands, we’d be keen to see if Eleonora and her team do sell it and for that we’re definitely going to need the show to be renewed for a season two. Netflix, if you’re reading this, we need season two, like now.
