On May 4, twelve days before Jenn’s final rose ceremony in Hawaii, Reality Steve received an Instagram message claiming Devin had a restraining order against him from an ex-girlfriend. However, it wasn’t until September that Reality Steve found documents proving that DM’s information was true.

Reality Steve shared the documents during the YouTube Live, including an affidavit for Devin’s arrest warrant, which Reality Steve noted was a public matter and not sealed. It was from an officer with the Baton Rouge Police Department in April 2017. The document stated that on March 19, 2017 officers responded to the address where the victim advised officers that he had been out of townand came home to find his room broken into.


The victim and Devin had just broken up and he lived just two doors down from her. He also stated that Devin never had a key or unattended access to her apartment while they were dating. The policeman who responded to the call had informed the policeman who wrote the report that the victim’s room was the only room in the apartment that was visible through the set.

Police also said there was a jewelry box that had been run through, a bottle of perfume and a make-up tray that had been spilled out. A diamond necklace that Devin had bought for the victim while they were dating was the only thing stolen. All the clothes in his closet appeared to have gone through during the robbery. Devin had entered the apartment through a side door that didn’t lock very well. The victim sometimes used a putty knife to get into the apartment when he didn’t have the keys. Since the victim was divorced from Devin, she was not allowed to be in the home. She said Devin had come to her house, pounded on the door several times and yelled at her. This happened several days before the burglary. He had been staying with his mother for several days after he knocked on the door. She had also filed a restraining order against Devin. The police had spoken with the victim on April 5, 2017 and he said that when Devin was granted a restraining order, later that evening he lit a fire on the street in what appeared to be a curfew. Her car also had a flat tire, and she said that while she was changing it, Devin came out and started laughing at her.

Devin had told the police that she was his girlfriend and he wanted to talk to her so she could bail him out of jail.

  8. and no contact or communication with the victim.

Reality Steve also revealed homophobic DMs starting on April 22, 2017, from Devin to a gay man who was aware of the situationwhich he posted in the middle of all his drama with his ex-girlfriend. Phrase-filled messages included statements such as “Hey h*** guess who the hell is going to get kicked next time I see you.” He also wrote, “Educate yourself gay boy.” Reality Steve said the messages were posted on TikTok and then immediately deleted.
