D&D London has announced that it will re -mean as a “Evolv collection” in April 2025, presenting a new company logo alongside the name change.
The D&D spokesman said: “It is a good time to develop into a new business identity. Our early roots as part of Sir Terence Conran’s pioneering restaurant empire, D&D in London, and now our Evolv collection reflects our commitment to the collection of iconic venues. We are constantly striving to develop and innovate our guest experience, our products and our environment. And most importantly, in our efforts to be the leading premium restaurant company on the market, which we never want to think of arriving, we must constantly develop and never take success for granted. Our new revealed logo represents a constant cycle of change, growth and speed. ”
In addition to the identity in April, the company publishes an improved Evolv religious club that replaces Club D&D together with a brand new website.

April is an interesting milestone for the company, as well as these changes that we will also open in the Bluebird city, which replaces the restaurant’s 3sp’s South Place Hotel, Michelin Star in the restaurant. Bluebird City is a sister concept for the iconic Bluebird Chelsea, which reinforces Bluebird as a truly British/London brand that flourishes on both sides of our capital. “
The Evolv Collection is a respected group of luxury restaurants, bars and hotels, mainly in London, in Manchester, Birmingham, Paris and New York. Currently, the collection owns and maintains 20 restaurants and award -winning hotel that deserves numerous recognitions for excellent food, design, service and commitment to sustainability. Its restaurant fisherman in particular has a Michelin star.
