The George Pub and Grill in Stockton is well-known in the region for having crazy food challenges and an owner who has a big social media following for his mad man v food-type escapades.
The business is currently owned by Craig Harker, also known as Dad Loves Food, with his vlogging taking him all across the world.
In the past, Mr Harker has been known to order a Burger King with over 35 burgers in, while he has also taken on challenges at Greggs, KFC and other fast food outlets.
But now it’s been confirmed that his business The George Pub and Grill has been put up for sale.
Appearing on Parker Barras estate agents in Middlesbrough, the Stockton town centre venue is on for £29,000.
On the list, it says: “The owner is a well-known vlogger by the name of Dad Loves Food and his vlogging takes him all over the world. He has reluctantly decided he can no longer afford the time required to run The George Pub and Grill.
“The business currently only opens Sundays offering traditional Sunday lunch between 12 – 5 for eat in / collection / delivery and average sales are £3,000 per week.
“The property is in good decorative order throughout and has a well-equipped spacious kitchen, prep area and storage.”
The business boasts a five-star food hygiene rating and is well known for its Sunday Lunches and eating challenges.

The pub can seat 54, while the listing says that there are “plenty of options to increase trade” or change the offering, increasing opening hours, offering to show sports, or introducing live entertainment.
The property will be offered on a new lease for a term to be agreed at a rental of £18,000 per annum
