Côte Brasserie has announced that it will appoint Emma Dinnis as the new CEO. Brasserie, France, moved to build its strong pace as it shows its next figure.

After a successful term of office, Dinnis joins as CEO of Sophology, where he led the first change in the brand’s customer.

Extensive experience in retail and hospitality, Dinnis has also kept older leadership positions in Topshop/Topman, M&C, IKEA and Marks & Spencer. He brings deep expertise in brand development, guest experience and commercial growth.

His appointment means an interesting new phase for Côte, who has seen positive results from updated food and beverage offers, refreshed restaurant design and modern service. With the support of a strong investor, the business takes these changes through their properties and is actively looking for new, larger sites to expand the footprint.

Dinnis commented on his meeting: “Côte is a beloved brand with an incredibly exciting food offer led to world -famous chefs and is excited to build its strong basics. The team has done a fantastic work that develops the brand as he remains faithful with the roots of the French brassers, and I look forward to Côte to lead to the next growth phase. “

Côte chair Jane Holbrook added: “We are delighted to welcome Emma as a new CEO. He brings a deep understanding of the change and customer experience that is valuable as we continue to strengthen Côte and increase our genuine Brasserie experiences for even more guests. “

Côte currently offers more than 70 restaurants around the UK and offers a modern grasp of classic French brassers designed by Steve Allen, Gordon Ramsay’s former chief chef. Seasonal dishes from signature steak frections Côte is dedicated to supplying high quality, newly made foods in a stylish, casual environment.
