Football at the Highgate school reached new heights following an exhilarating weekend at St George’s Park, the official home of the England national teams.
Competing in the prestigious Prep4Sport Football Tournament, we sent three squads to test their mettle on the national stage.
The U13A team emerged as the standout stars, clinching the Cup Championship after a series of dominant performances.
Not to be outdone, the U11s secured the Plate trophy, while the U13B side fought valiantly to earn a respectable fourth place in the Cup competition.
The success continued in the Middlesex Cup Finals, where the U13A team claimed second place overall.
In a tense showdown against Fortismere School, Eva provided the clinical finish to find the back of the net, capping off a brilliant season for the squad.
The netball courts saw equal brilliance.
The U11 Netball Squad were crowned champions of the North London Netball League in emphatic fashion.
The team remained undefeated throughout the entire season, winning all six games and racking up a staggering 58 goals.
Meanwhile, the U14A team showcased their nerves of steel in the Sisters n Sport Bowl Competition.
In a nail-biting playoff against Trent College, they secured a 23-18 victory to finish third.
The team’s star, Thomasina, was named player of the match.
The girls also enjoyed a brush with greatness, meeting international icons Sammie Wallace-Joseph and Shadine van der Merwe of Loughborough Lightning.
