<span style=”font-weight: 400;”>With its rooftop pool and aesthetic pink bar, The Berkeley is one of London’s most glamorous hotels. But it’s about to get a whole lot glitzier, thanks to the launch of La Môme London, an offshoot of the French Riviera favourite.

La Môme London To Open In January 2025

Set to open its doors in January 2025, La Môme London is being helmed by French restaurateurs Ugo and Antoine Lecorché. The pair will be channelling the chic, timeless style of their culinary institution – which already has branches in Cannes and Monte Carlo. It will feature similar interiors, spearheaded by Cannes-based interior architect Samy Chams, with Slim Aarons’ photographs of ‘60s Riviera life lining the walls.

‘We want to bring part of the elegance of the French Riviera of the 60s and 70s to Belgravia,’ says Ugo.

‘As in Cannes, La Môme London will exude the same upbeat, elegant vibe,’ adds Antoine. ‘We are trying to bring to The Berkeley an experience that is about all the senses: not only about the food, but about the welcome, the service, the music, the energy, where something interesting is happening every day.’

The menu will focus on Mediterranean fare inspired by Provence and Italy, with many of the signature dishes on offer. Diners can expect a theatrical element too, with dishes prepared in front of guests and cocktails arriving in a cloud of dry ice. And on evenings, there will be live music – including a DJ and a pianist.

La Môme is one of Cannes’ most famous restaurants. Located just a stone’s throw from the famous Croisette, it has attracted a string of A-listers since opening in 2015.

Speaking about the new launch, The Berkeley’s general manager Kostas Sfaltos said: ‘We are excited to bring La Mome, a true Cannes legend to London, and believe their cosmopolitan energy and joie de vivre will bring something new to the capital.’
