Canary Wharf welcomes an exciting range of new retailers this quarter. Six new tenants, which include food and drink, health and entertainment, are set up at the Estate in East London.

All-day restaurant group Caravan opened its sixth restaurant on February 7, taking a 3,719 square meter unit in Reuters Plaza. Plant-based restaurant brand Neat Burger, backed by Lewis Hamilton, opened on February 16. It will be housed in the recently launched food hub, Atrium Kitchen in Cabot Place, and will occupy a 1,842 square meter unit, joining recent additions Marugame Udon, Gallio and German Doner Kebab.

After welcoming Hawksmoor in October, Canary Wharf’s new precinct, Wood Wharf, continues to expand its retail offering and welcomed Emilia’s Crafted Pasta on 21 February. Located at 12 George Street, a 2,077 sq m unit overlooking Harbor Quay Gardens and South Quay.

Capital Karts will take over a sprawling 79,281 square meters in Cabot Place and transform the space into an adrenaline-pumping go-kart racetrack in March. Malmin Dental adds to the property’s health offerings, covering 1,114 square meters in the South Colonnade.
