The Farnham historic Bush Hotel is listed for sale at a demand price, which starts £ 12 million.
Knight Frank markets the 18th-century Farm Hotel, which has recently been awarded the four-star AA classification this year and markets Knight Frank in partnership with the hotel interview Simon Stevens Associates.
The hotel has recently been extensively renovated and now offers 95 bathrooms, spacious public areas and a dedicated business and banquet center.
The design permit has been granted to expand the hotel to 132 bedrooms and builds a ground floor orange with a space for 100 guests that opens directly into the gardens.
According to the listing, the Bush Hotel is “very profitable” due to a strong blend of business, free, wedding and event companies.
Knight Frank stated that the hotel includes an investment portfolio that produces £ 60,000 per year from three adjacent retail units and offers potential for branded and asset management improvements.
Knight Frank’s partner Matthew Smith said: “The new owner of Farnham’s sole independent hotel will benefit from the hotel’s strong industrial reputation, high customer satisfaction and financial performance, which has the opportunity to extend.”
Simon Stevens, Director of Simon Stevens Associates, said: “As a recognized and recently renovated Landmark Hotel in the heart of the Farnham market, Bush Hotel offers a unique opportunity to acquire the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, where the bedrooms enjoy the peaceful parking area.
More than £ 12 million offers are called by the company’s share capital.
