Revelers can listen to some of the best and brightest emerging musicians at the British Summer Time (BST) concerts in Hyde Park this weekend – as well as two Grammy-winning acts set to play on Saturday and Sunday 29 and 30 June.

For over a decade, the three-week long BST concerts held in Hyde Park each summer have been a staple of the music calendar. Headliners such as Arcade Fire, Celine Dion, Bruce Springsteen, The E Street Band, Rolling Stones, Bon Jovi, Barbra Streisand, Lionel Richie, Kylie Minogue and Black Sabbath have all graced their stage. Friday, June 28

All Things Orchestral

Classical music fans will be delighted to hear this live performance headlined by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. The evening will be hosted by presenter Myleene Klass and conducted by Michael England. Special guests include Esther Abrami, Milos and Le Gateau Chocolat. Saturday, June 29

SZA

On Saturday, four-time Grammy-awarded singer-songwriter S ZA headlines the main stage. The singer, 34, known for hits “Kill Bill” and “Good Days,” will be supported by a lineup that includes Sampha, Snoh ​​Aalegra, Elmiene, No Guidance, Sekou, Hope Tala, Fabiana Palladino, Nia Smith and Jessy Blackmore. General admission tickets are sold out except for Tier 3 tickets which cost £111.85. Diamond VIP tickets are available from £252.95.

Sunday, June 30

Kings of Leon

Kings Of Leon, one of the biggest American bands to break through the UK, will forever be remembered for their 2008 anthem ‘Sex on Fire’ followed by a string of other hits. The band will be supported by Paolo Nutini, The Vaccines, Gary Clark Jnr, Cannons, Somebody’s Child, Red Rum Club, Keo, The Meffs, Daydreamers and Nieve Ella. General admission tickets are available in Level 4 from £111.85 while Volvic Gold VIP Hideaway tickets are available from £252.95.

How to get there

There are paved paths throughout Hyde Park leading to the viewing platform, although an access path with a less steep gradient can be taken from Serpentine Road.
