The Bleecker burger is scheduled to open the seventh location on Baker Street in London in April, continuing to expand.
The latest location of the fast food restaurant will take place shortly after opening the Curb seven selection market outlet last month.
The Baker Street site has 28 covers and offers delivery, making it the largest site in the group so far.
For the first time in its history, the group has taken out a loan to support its expansion.
Zan Kaufman, CEO of Bleecker, said: “After 12 years, we will take a bold leap on our first loan, adding to our growth by staying loyal to the most important: epic food, an incredible team and standing for the right.”
The Baker Street menu features Bleecker’s award-winning bacon-dual burger, a cheeseburger, a blue hamburger and a vegan symplicity hamburger. The sides include house potatoes and angry potatoes, in hot sauce.
Bleecker started in 2012 with a food car and has steadily expanded to seven locations, all in London.
A year ago, the group committed to paying London’s residence and has since provided long -term support to several charities.
It also won the 2024 national hamburger competition with its Bacon two -hamburger.
