Black Lacquer’s own cocktail menu has been carefully designed by Michele del Negro. Michele was an integral member of the opening team at Andre Balazs’ Chiltern Firehouse, serving as bar supervisor during its first five years as a coveted celebrity haunt. After her successful tenure, she continued to make waves at the exclusive private members club Annabel’s for another five years. Michele has now brought her expertise and dynamic leadership to Black Lacquer, where she serves as Bar Manager.

When the whistles blow, guests can satisfy their appetite with a small menu with more snacks such as homemade togarashi and black vinegar nuts, spicy tuna hand roll, cheeseburger spring roll, golden curry dip, and of course, shrimp katsu sando.

Located in the stylish central bar or hidden in one of the secret sunken booths around the room, Black Lacquer is a stop from the hectic city above where you can immerse yourself and enjoy a moment of tasting.
