Rapper, TV personality and foodie Big Zuu took Man United legend Patrice Evra to a popular Tottenham restaurant to sample Somali food. In his ITV show ’12 Dishes in 12 Hours’, Big Zuu takes a series of celebrity guests on foodie journeys across Europe to get a true taste of the city through his delicacies.

Big Zuu is known for his many ventures and food is a great passion for the star. His show on Dave, Big Zu’s Big Eats, was a hit and now he’s come to ITV to share his new show with a different audience.

Patrice Evra was a French soccer star who captained Manchester United and the French national team. Major honors include the Premier League, Champions League, Club World Cup, EFL Cup, Serie A, Coppa Italia and a Coupe de la Ligue.

Big Zuu posted a preview of tonight’s episode on his ‘X’ account with him and Evra heading to popular Tottenham restaurant ‘Brothers’. The video shows a small clip of the amazing dish he and Evra tried when a tray filled to the brim with food is placed in front of the duo.

Immediately you see Evra’s eyes widen, “It’s only for two people,” he says surprised at the amount of grub he now has to eat. Big Zuu then goes to peel two bananas and put them on top of the food, again to Evra’s surprise. Evra asks why he did that and Big Zuu replies that it’s what they do in Somali custom, with every piece of rice you have a piece of banana to “wash it down”.

The chemistry between the two is evident in the short clip and the dish in front of them is hunger-inducing, making the episode definitely one to watch.
