Biffy Clyro have consistently been one of the best rock bands in Britain for the last 20 years, evolving with every release and continuing to push themselves with every release. After a successful Glastonbury Pyramid Stage slot this summer, the Scottish trio announced a huge UK & Ireland tour (including a date at the O2 Arena), but before this, they will take to some smaller venues on a more intimate acoustic tour.
Announcing the acoustic tour today (August 21)Biffy Clyro confirmed the small run of shows alongside the news that their upcoming album, Ficalwould be released a week earlier than planned, now set to drop on September 19. They’ll take to some of their favourite independent record stores, on a run that includes a gig at Circuit in Kingston on Monday, October 13.

Album and ticket bundles are due for release tomorrow at 11am UK time, and you can find them on the Biffy Clyro website.
“Futique will now be released on Friday 19th September. To celebrate the new album, we’re partnering with some of our favourite indie record shops for a series of special acoustic performances across the UK this October.”
Fical is the first Biffy Clyro album since 2021’s The Myth Of The Happily Ever Afterwhich came as a subsequent linked release to 2020’s A Celebration of Endings.
