Berenjak has long been one of the city’s favourite Soho stalwarts to pile up delightful kababs onto plates since its opening in 2018 (and holding a Michelin bib since 2019!). They’ve grown from strength to strength, welcoming a second site over in Borough Market in 2022, as well as opening up restaurants in Dubai, Doha, and Sharjah.

Now, they’re turning their attention back to London, with the experts in Persian Cuisine announcing the news of a new site for the third Berenjak restaurant in the capital over in Mayfair. It will sit on a corner spot across Duke Street and Brown Hart Gardens.

They took to Instagram to share images of the brand new location, which currently has no opening date, but is expected to arrive at some point in 2025, with the caption on the post slating a Spring/Summer date.

While you can expect the flavours and dishes diners at Berenjak have come to love, they do offer different dishes exclusive to each site, so you anticipate this being the case at the new Mayfair restaurant too. Both London restaurants also have their own different set menus, offered a lunchtime in Soho, and a variety of different table platters at the Borough Market branch. While, again, there is no confirmation on the menu yet, we’d expect to see menus to be taken by the whole table at the new restaurant.

Berenjak Mayfair is due to open in 2025 on the corner of Duke Street and Brown Hart Gardens, with a spring/summer time period earmarked. If you can’t wait until then, you can always dine at their Soho (27 Romilly Street, W1D 5AL) or Borough Market (1 Bedale Street, SE1 9AL) locations, which you can find out more about (and book tables at) here.
