The drama was too much for him

While Fraser is no stranger to drama, things have yet to reach the heights he experienced Below decks season 10. During the first season’s Main Course, Fraser struggled to keep control of his stews throughout the charter, and at some points he relinquished control of them entirely. When St. David was captained by Captain Sandy Yawn, who replaced Captain Lee Rosbach, Fraser had to make some tough decisions regarding the women on his team. When stew/deckhand Camille Lamb and stew Alissa Humber’s attitudes clashed, Fraser stepped in.

Although her instructions were clear – that Camille and Alissa were to solve their problems without the charter guests – things took a turn for the worse as the women continued to clash throughout the Charter. Camille, who had her own issues with her work ethic, wasn’t sure how to manage the issues between her and Alissa when Fraser didn’t seem to be on her side. When Captain Sandy attended, Fraser tried to keep things between the inner team, but Captain Sandy wasn’t having it. He worked with the dams to solve the problem and warned Fraser of his approach.

Fraser didn’t want a repeat of his last charter season

He tried to be different in Below Deck season 11

From the beginning Below decks season 11, Fraser made it clear that he was not interested in a repeat of his last charter season on the St. David. Below decks season 10 had been difficult for Chief Stew and he wasn’t looking forward to that kind of drama again. Unfortunately, Fraser’s time at St. David’s in Season 11 of Below Deck has not been without drama the way he hoped. Despite the fact that she wasn’t looking for the kind of drama that Camille and Alissa provided, the drama she’s gotten herself into with Barbie has coincided.

At the beginning of the charter season, St. David welcomed three new stew dishes to the superyacht. Barbie, Xandi Olivier and Cat Baugh were all brought in to work under Fraser in the inner team. The people of Pata were excited about the collaboration and hoped that they would not have too challenging a time at St. David’s. Barbie and Xand’s time on the superyacht got off to a hectic start, but they were able to hold their own in the environment. Unfortunately, Cat was unable to do the same. He struggled throughout the first few drafts and couldn’t handle the pressure.

Fraser quickly adopted Cat because he wanted to help her succeed and didn’t like the fact that she felt micromanaged by Barbie. Barbie, on the other hand, simply tried to delegate tasks like she had on the other superyachts, not realizing that she was giving Cat a job instead of sharing the tasks to be done. Cat complained about Barbie to Fraser, but when it came back to Barbie about Ben Willoughby, she was angry that her stewing partner hadn’t come to her. The damage from Fraser’s vision of Barbie had already been done.

Fraser has brought his personal feelings to his work

He is not a good boss

Although Cat left the superyacht’s crew after a few charters due to personal and professional issues, the stain she left on Fraser and Barbie’s relationship has yet to be removed. all the time Below decks season 11, Fraser has taken every opportunity to put Barbie down or make her feel like a lesser stew. Although Barbie has worked hard to make sure her job goes flawlesslyFraser doesn’t like his attitude as he admits mistakes he’s made a few times when they come up. Instead of appreciating her not teasing, Fraser can’t stand her keeping quiet.

Throughout the last few episodes Below decks season 11, Fraser has used all possible connections to Xand and new stew Paris Field, but has left Barbie out of the time together. Because Fraser takes her work attitude personally, he has cut Barbie out of group activities and left her to pitch in when he and Xandi want to do something on the yacht. While Barbie has done her best to remain silent as she feels isolated from the rest of her team, it seems that even her keeping quiet about her disappointment has been the wrong thing to do.
