90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi were still married in season 8 of Tell All despite believing him to be a fraud and a con artist. Angela claimed that she was the only one who fought for their marriage since Michael landed in the United States. She accused him of not appreciating her efforts, but accused him of demanding a green card as soon as he arrived. Angela had always been insecure about her age and looks ever since she started dating Michael. Angela had never been with someone 20 years younger than her.

Given Michael’s indifference to her and the constant nagging and controlling behavior she subjected him to, she should have predicted that he was going to cheat on her. Angela wanted a divorce from Michael. He even claimed that their marriage was not legal. He wanted a way out. Angela decided to withdraw Michael’s visa application when she saw that Michael was in a group called “Men of Paradise” and chatting with Nigerian men who were waiting for their own visas. Although Angela’s private investigator stated that Michael did not cheat on Angela or use her for the visa, he had a different opinion.

Michael disappeared from Angela’s home in Georgia in February 2024. Angela reported Michael missing via a TikTok video. This led to Angela ruins her story and possibly breaks the ban. Angela is rumored to have been removed from the franchise after her storyline with Michael continued 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? was limited to only a few episodes. Meanwhile, Michael contacted the police the same day she cried about her disappearance, assuring them she was safe. Michael has not revealed how he got to Texas and who is in his new family.

In May 2024 Angela claimed to have received receipts that Michael was a fraud. He posted a reel that included a screenshot of one of Michael’s TikTok videos to show the comments he had received on it. Angela added:SORRY HE TOOK IT FROM THE BOTTOM, BUT LET’S GO” in his caption with the hashtag “#HIMELANDSECURITY” when he tried to call Homeland Security and punish Michael for tricking him into coming to the US

Angela applied for an annulment in June 2024 from Michael. By InTouchshe claims Michael “abandoned” her. Angela states that he was”fraudulently induced“For Michael’s marriage so he could get legal permanent residency in the states. Angela’s petition also states that she found out that Michael was involved in a conspiracy with other Nigerian men to lure US citizens into marrying them in order to obtain green cards. The 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? the star stated that she does not know where Michael lives now. He has requested financial support for attorney’s fees and court costs.
