Aramark UK has announced DUPLO Coffee Co, its frictionless coffee and convenience store located at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The launch of this innovative store follows the opening of the 2024 season, the first of its kind in a European theme park. Located in the park’s DUPLO Valley area, DUPLO Coffee Co offers guests a truly frictionless shopping experience that changes the way they enjoy their visit.
In partnership with forward-thinking, AI-powered, cashless platform Zippin, Aramark UK has invested in advanced retail technology to enhance the guest experience, effectively eliminating the waiting times often associated with traditional shopping methods. At DUPLO Coffee Co, customers can simply choose their drinks and snacks and are automatically billed for their purchases when they leave the store in less than two minutes. At this outlet, they don’t have to worry about queuing or self-service scanning, freeing up valuable time to fully immerse themselves in the park’s attractions. Aramark hospitality staff are on-site and dedicated to supporting guests and hosting their experiences.
DUPLO Coffee Co offers a wide range of products loved by park guests, including fresh Costa coffee integrated into the wider payment experience, a range of cold drinks, cakes, biscuits, sweets and a selection of healthy snack products.
