Amy Slaton writes about Son Glenn’s 2nd birthday after her messy breakup with Kevin

1000-lb Sisters star Amy Slaton celebrates her son Glenn Allen’s birthday by sharing a rare photo of herself on social media she is still recovering from her breakup with her boyfriend, Kevin. Amy has lost over 176 pounds since weight loss surgery. But weight isn’t the only thing he’s losing in the process. Amy and Michael Halterman got married in March 2019. They had known each other since Amy was a teenager. They became parents to their first son, Gage Deon, in 2020 and welcomed Glenn in 2022, just before they had domestic problems and divorced in March 2023.

Amy took to Instagram to wish her followers a happy Fourth of July while revealing that it was her second son Glenn’s birthday.

Amy didn’t reveal how old Glenn had become on Thursday, but fans theorized would be two when he was born in 2022 To Amy and her husband Michael. Glenn had a rosette in his little hands that said he was “Birthday hero.” He flashed his huge toothy grin for the camera as his mother held him by her side and took a selfie with her younger son.

Perhaps the biggest reason Amy wanted to lose weight was so she could become a mother. Amy had wanted to be a mother since she was five years old. She had always wanted two children. She felt her family was finally complete when she gave birth to Glenn. Amy had surgery in 2019 after he lost weight for his exercise routine and was accepted into it. She got pregnant shortly after her surgery in 2020. Amy was advised not to get pregnant for at least two years, but she got what she always wanted.

Amy was over the moon when she met Kevin. He started posting about him on TikTok starting February 2, 2024. He sent her flowers and cards to woo Amy, and it worked. Amy went on several dates with a man known as “Dear Lord” in social media. Fans wondered if she was moving too fast in the relationship until February 24, 2024, when she announced that she would wait maybe a year before introducing her son to a new man. Amy had also discovered that Kevin was allegedly talking to several women at once in DMs.

After the divorce, Amy’s priority is her children. He is also focused on his mental and physical well-being. He has taken her 1000-lb Sisters’ heartfelt advice from fans and heals physically and mentally while taking time to meet a new partner. Amy’s relationship with Kevin crashed and burned because he wanted attention, and he was the source, but he couldn’t have been trusted. Amy is destined to find a fairytale romance if she learns to love herself first, which she learns to do in 2024.
