Amazon is selling a suitcase that fits into a Ryanair cabin bag and “looks more expensive”, according to shoppers. The Flight Knight Cab bag – which costs £49.99 – comes in at 40x20x25cm, which are the exact measurements for Ryanair.
It’s cheaper on Amazon than getting it on Next, where it costs £55 for a slightly larger size (it costs £49.99 for that size on Amazon). This is also £86.01 cheaper than Antler, which is currently having a sale on its premium luggage. Their cabin suitcase costs £136, down from £170.
The cabin bag size fits British Airways, Wizz Air, Tui, Virgin Atlantic and more. You can check out all the hand luggage rules here. The Flight Knight suitcase is available in 32 colors, including rose gold, black, blue, neon yellow and navy blue.
Weighing in at just 1.9kg, it leaves you with plenty left over to fill the 16L capacity. The hard shell is made of anti-scratch, water-resistant material, keeping it safe for travel. All the suitcases come with a three-digit combination padlock to hold the zippers together.
Flight Knight also offers a five-year warranty on its suitcases. The suitcase has received good reviews so far, coming in at 4.3 out of 4,353 reviews. One person said: “Couldn’t be happier with it. Sturdy. And surprisingly good quality for the price. Feels more like a £120 case, not £60. Been on a few trips with it now.” Another said: “This item was bought as a Christmas present and only time will tell if it is reliable. It is compact, light but feels very sturdy. The color was exceptional as it was chosen so that it can be easily identified once on an airport carousel. ”
A third commented: “Really happy with these suit cases. Amazing how much you can fit in them. Sturdy, well made and very manoeuvrable.” But one less-satisfied shopper said: “it was great at first, everything fit but the wheel broke before I even got to the airport.” Another said: “The wheels don’t slide smoothly at all – could barely walk straight with it which was super annoying at the airport. Other than that it’s really light and sturdy zip.”
