Amazon shoppers love a huge box of celebrations that they scoff at an alarming rate. The Celebration’s bulk box weighs a whopping 2.4kgretails at £28 and also includes the legendary best bites such as Twix, Mars and Maltesers.
The colossal choccybox not sold elsewhere, but a A 550g pod retails for £6 at Tesco. The big box is perfect for those hoping to get their Christmas shopping done earlybut customers have had trouble staying away.
With his 4.6 out of five star rating on Amazonit’s no wonder people have praised it in the comments section. One shopper with a sweet tooth said: “Bought for Christmas but everything is gone on October 1st.”
While a second wrote: “Excellent buy, opened ate a few. Saving rest for Christmas. Good selection, good quality. Use of good too.”
And a third couldn’t get enough of his purchase. They said, “So for no particular reason I decided to buy a box of Celebrationsnothing special going on in my life at the moment, no birthdays, no anniversaries, no national spoon days or anything like that.
“But what I managed to create was one special celebration to get a box of celebration day, this day lasted a little over a week and then the delicious confections were mysteriously gone and I felt strangely sick with a huge spike in my underlying blood sugar.”
But that one crazy amount of chocolate was not for everyone. One customer complained: “I’ve ordered this for a few years running and it used to be great value for money. Unfortunately it’s now significantly overpriced compared to supermarket prices. It’s a shame as I like the size, it’s perfect for the extended Christmas period.”
