If a large Quality Street tub is a Christmas essential in your household, it may be time to stock up. Shoppers are being encouraged to swap Tesco and Asda for Aldi to pick up Christmas chocolate favorites this week.

The Nestle chocolates, which include the green triangle (formerly the Noisette triangle), the purple one and the one with coconut (which always gets left at the bottom of the tub), are back on supermarket shelves right now as families start planning for Christmas.

Aldi is currently running a special promotion on Quality Street pods with a significant price drop, selling 600g quality Street pods for 35 per cent less than Asda and Tesco.

To take advantage of the offer, you need to be quick – it only lasts until Sunday (October 27). A savvy shopper shared on social media: “ALDI SELLS THE CHEAPEST QUALITY BARS FOR THE STREET – NOW 35% LESS THAN TESCO AND ASDA! Shoppers can stock up on the iconic festive chocolate bars at Aldi, reduced to just £3.89 each. They” are the cheapest available, but shoppers need to be quick.”

Of course, if a tub isn’t enough, you can pick up a bumper 2kg box of Quality Street online at Amazon right now for £25.99.

Tesco customers may notice another significant change when shopping Quality Street: paper tubs. Nestle has decided to introduce a more eco-friendly version of Quality Street exclusively in Tesco stores this Christmas, replacing plastic with paper to reduce environmental impact, reports the Express.
