A London restaurant is hosting a special one-off brunch for Taylor Swift fans as the singer’s tour comes to the capital this month. For one day on June 29, OXBO Bankside, at the Hilton London Bankside, is hosting the event which will be hosted by drag queen, TikTok superstar and die-hard Swiftie, Sophia Stardust.
From 12.30pm to 3pm guests will be transported to The Tortured Poets Department. The party will have everything from live performances of Taylor Swift’s top hits, Taylor-inspired desserts and decorations, to bingo giving guests the chance to win impressive prizes.
These include a Wine Not Wednesday for two (two-course menu plus 1.5 hours of free-flowing wine), Prosecco Friday for two (three-course menu plus 1.5 hours of free-flowing prosecco) or a Gin Masterclass for two (1-hour gin masterclass with The Distillery’s own gin expert).
In addition to this, guests can enjoy OXBO Bankside’s Bartenders Buffet, which will be full of Taylor-themed bottled cocktails for an extra £5. Cocktails include the “French Blonde,” with gin; “Bad Blood”, with chili vodka; ‘Lavender Haze’, with tequila, and ‘Champagne Problems’, with vodka and, unsurprisingly, champagne syrup.
Swift’s takeover will be complete with Taylor-inspired four courses, desserts and decorations. The host, Sophia Stardust, has more than 60,000 followers on TikTok and became famous for her viral videos.
Taylor Swift is bringing her Eras Tour to the UK in just a few days. She will start in Edinburgh next week and then move on to London’s Wembley Stadium, where she will play a total of eight shows.
