Set 37 floors above the city, this exclusive right takes place in the private dining room of the Fenchurch restaurant, where guests enjoy curated curated culinary journey, with the finest champagne and breathtaking views.

The evening begins at the Native Osters’ Canapé reception with a Vietnamese sauce, fungus and truffle -arancini and beef tartare, pair with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs NV, followed by my sponge tortell, spring peas, asparagus and roasted chicken.
Roasted roasted cauliflower texture, curred mussels and ROE pendant sauce are paired with Dom Pérignon in 2015, while beef stripes have herb-crushed bone marmalade and oxtail sauce. Sorbet, Hennessy Xo Cognac.
