90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Michael Ilesanmi is confident he will not be deported to Nigeria as Angela Deem wishes for one important reason. Angela cried while Michael was “is missing” in February 2024. It was later revealed that Michael had fled because he feared for his life. Angela had made Michael’s life miserable since she brought him to America in December 2024. He took the opportunity to run away to Texas right after filming Tell All with Angela. The outraged American woman now accuses Michael of cheating.

Michael has received legal advice from his fans online and he doesn’t hesitate to share it on Instagram for all to see.

Michael recently posted a clip of a video he made Transitioning to immigration in the United States which was addressed to “all the “send him back” people.”

A legal expert could be seen saying that “no one” has power over Michael’s residency card because it belonged to him as an immigrant when he came to the United States. You don’t have to stay married to keep that residence card“, the expert added. He continued: “Do you want to know why?” adding that it is because “Dred Scott is no longer valid and slavery is not allowed in the United States” and received a standing ovation from the panel.

Will Angela Deem’s bid to deport Michael Ilesanmi fail?

Michael does not want to return to Nigeria

Angela tries to prove that Michael trapped her in a fraudulent marriage in order to gain legal permanent residency in the United States. She wants to get the marriage annulled so Michael can be sent back home. However, Michael did not enter the United States illegally. Angela applied for a spousal visa, which allowed her to enter the country. Angela could have canceled it during the four years they were married because it took so long to get the visa approved. Michael has the right to stay in America as long as his visa is valid.

Michael also accuses Angela of alleged physical and emotional abuse.

Michael also has evidence. The show features years of footage showing how Angela treated him, even on camera. Angela also can’t say that Michael is lying about it because the world has been following his antics. Also, the private investigator that Angela had hired to dig up dirt on Michael, received proof that Michael was not a fraud or a fraud. Michael has many ways to prove his innocence so he can divorce Angela and continue living as an American citizen for the rest of his life, while Angela regrets every moment they spent together.
