The Dreo Cruisier Pro Tower Fan normally retails at £89.99, but is available for 20 per cent off at £72.24 in a flash sale on Amazon. The oscillating cooling fan allows users to direct airflow where they need it most, while the product is engineered to produce as little sound as possible – no higher than 34dB.
A built-in timer can be set from one to 12 hours while the rotating fan itself is guarded by a narrow fence to protect children. The Dreo Cruising Pro Tower Fan – which measures 40 inches in length – is also narrow and compact, making it easy to store in the winter months. Besides Amazon, the product is also available on eBay costing £92.99.

While cooler fans are a sure way to reduce the temperatures in our rooms this summer, other products may also offer some respite. The Elegear Cooling Blanket for Night Sweats, which retails for £34.99, is Amazon’s top-selling bed blanket and is made using Japanese Arc-Chill cool technology fabric which, besides being soft and breathable, absorbs body heat and reduces skin temperature from 2 to 5°C. Another product, The CUQOO Cooling Gel Pillow 2 Pack is also touted to absorb body heat and is available for £7.49.
The Dreo Cruiser Pro Tower Fan has so far been one of Amazon’s most popular fans, selling 600 last month while 19,210 ratings give it an average score of 4.6 out of 5.

And it seems Amazon reviewers share in the enthusiasm for the Dreo product. One person wrote “I decided to update my tower fan… and decided this was the one that best suited my needs, I wasn’t disappointed. This is an excellent tower fan and has a quiet motor with a good distribution of air.
“The unit is easy to assemble, simple to use and with the remote control so convenient, no more getting up to make adjustments manually. The featured modes are more than adequate for comfort and give good results. I am very happy with this tower fan and as it’s so quiet, on sleep mode.”

But not every review was glowing with praise. One person added “The buttons on the fan and the remote are so dark, it’s almost impossible to see even in bright light what the buttons on the fan, or remote are! I guess the WiFi app would be better, or if the buttons were backlit. The fan is powerful and rotates a full 90 degrees, it’s only a little noisy on the highest setting.”
