Chloe Tucker Caine starred in Mamma Mia! on broadway
Before her success in real estate, Chloe Tucker Caine’s background was in theater. He acted Oh mother! on broadway.
Sharing her backstory with Candice Georgiadis (via Medium ), Caine explained that her current career began when she “started in my airbnb apartment” between stage shows:
“My background is in theater, I started performing at a young age in Los Angeles, where I grew up, before appearing in ‘Mamma Mia!” around the country and on Broadway. Between gigs, I started airbnbating out of my apartment to add value. money, and fell in love with the freedom it brought, got my driver’s license, and never looked back!”
Chloe left Broadway to look for real estate
Caine officially entered the real estate industry in 2019, and according to his YouTube channel, he “received more than 150 leases” while also building “a significant following on her social media platforms” during the first year of work.
This success attracted the attention of Ryan Serhant and accelerated his new off-stage career. Finally, he joined Serhant’s brokerage company in 2021.
As for his decision to leave Broadway behind, Caine admitted to Candice Georgiadis, “I never thought I’d end up in real estate” but when I “started saying yes to things, many doors opened:”
“Say yes to everything when you start! That was a big thing for me. I never thought I’d end up in Real Estate, I was very stuck on this idea of being a performer, but the second time I started saying yes Many things opened up, I took that with me even at the beginning of my career, no project was too little one, I just said yes.”
Chloe currently lives in New York
Although Chloe Tucker Caine is from Los Angeles, she has made New York not only her office but also her home.
According to her SERHANT biography, she lives in Flatiron with her husband and her toy poodle, Sadie. Earlier this year, Caine confirmed on Instagram that his family recently grew with the birth of his child, Charley Caine.
