Both Red Dead Redemption and GTA franchises have been big sellers and expectations for Rockstar GTA 6 is astronomically high as its potential release date of 2025 approaches.

Eagle eye

Eagle Eye is an ability that players have come to rely on Red Dead Redemption 2. Similar to listening mode from The last of us or Detective Vision Batman Arkham Eagle Eye was a visually distinctive filter that helped players identify the scent marks and tracks of the animals they were hunting.

Although it is unclear if the players will be hunting animals GTA 6Eagle Eye is expected to return to the game to serve a different purpose.

Leaked gameplay clip of the target GTA 6 (via @GTASixInfo ) is said to show Jason entering a pawn shop and activating an Eagle Eye-like ability that allows the player to spot loot, safes, cameras, and other points of interest in the room.

Hair growth

A subtle but impressive system Red Dead Redemption 2 there was a change in the character’s hair growth. Over the course of a day in the game, players could watch Arthur Morgan’s hair length and facial hair grow and then choose to style or change it with a barber or tonic.

Growing hair was sometimes an advantage for the player, as they could drastically change their appearance, making it difficult to identify suspicious parties.

Based on screenshots of Jason’s face with different lengths and hairstyles, it looks like this system is making a comeback GTA 6which may also help players disguise themselves from law enforcement.

Improved hand-to-hand combat

GTA V offered melee combat, but the systems weren’t as dynamic as the others GTA games. Rockstar expanded this system with more realistic combat and hand-to-hand combat Red Dead Redemption 2 and there is reason to believe that this will appear in what follows GTA likewise.

Leaked footage reportedly reveals a video of Jason using similar grappling and melee moves on Arthur. Red Dead Redemption 2hints that this system will carry over to Rockstar’s latest game.

Improved NPC interactions

One thing that Red Dead Redemption 2 Particular praise was given to its immersive open world, which felt close to reality thanks to the variety and detail of the non-playable characters that populated its settings.

Rumors suggest that a similar live-breathing open-world system will be introduced GTA 6.

Former Rockstar Games designer Ben Hinchcliff told IGN in 2023 that there’s no reason Red Dead Redemption 2’s NPC interaction could not be implemented in the game with the budget and squad size – both GTA 6 there is.

“From a theoretical standpoint and what you could do if you had the budget and the team size, I see no reason why you couldn’t have that kind of (‘Red Dead Redemption 2’) NPC interaction. on a much larger scale.”

In addition to this, Rockstar Games was known to hire writers “Dialogue between the pedestrian and the environment” in a job posting last year (via Reddit). Although not confirmed to be for GTA 6this is a hint that the studio’s upcoming open-world game is going to be as immersive as the others.

It’s worth noting that several of these gameplay features are supposed to be included based on leaks experienced by Rockstar Games in 2022, which resulted in large amounts of unfinished gameplay and stills. GTA 6 appear online.

The game may have evolved over the years, so none of these features should be considered confirmed until Rockstar addresses them directly, which will likely happen as soon as the game’s trailer is released. GTA 6 will be released.

GTA 6 likely to be released in late 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
