Amot’s real name is Kim Jae Hong

The six-foot-tall bodybuilder’s real name is Kim Jae Hong.

Kim is a world-renowned bodybuilder, CrossFit athlete and competitor worldwide (sometimes as Kim Jae Hong and other times as Amott).

He is internationally ranked in the Crossfit leaderboard for competition, ranking 24th in the Asian Men’s division in 2018 and 727th worldwide in 2020.

Amooti (aka Kim Jae Hong) is from South Korea and has lived there all his life.

He is 31 years old (born 9 November 1992).

Amot’s Go-To Gym is a hot spot in Seoul

Fans looking to pump iron with Amot can do so at his gym of choice: Sweat on Soul.

Lives in the capital of South Korea Physical: 100 the competitor has placed his ticket at the Suseo-dong ward facility.

He often posts on his Instagram while training at Sweat on Seoul and uses the space as a fitness and training center for competitions.

And Amotti is not the only one. Several others Physical: 100 contestants including Yung Sung Bin (who appeared in season 1) also call Sweat on Seu home.

The Seoul-based fitness center has become a hub for CrossFit and bodybuilding content creators and is owned Physical: 100 Season 1 athlete Caro, famous for her online presence.

Amotti participated in the Show Me the Body competition

Before appearing Physical: 100 Season 2, Amotti participated in the famous Show Me Your Body bodybuilding competition.

Although he didn’t end up winning, he called the experience one “no regrets.”

He posted about the competition on his personal Instagram page while describing it “pros and cons” process and thanks his fans for all the support (translated from Korean to English):

“No matter what the end result is, let’s do it without regrets” was the goal
